A very comfortable 4-star holiday home of 190 m2 (for a maximum of 8 people) with a wellness area.
It is located in the center of ancient Oprtalj.
The house has 4 double rooms, each with its own "en suite" bathroom.
The living room is large and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped.
A spacious terrace with a barbecue offers a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Istrian landscape.

The house

The house was completely renovated in 2006. The historical elements that were in the house were preserved as much as possible.
There is an old fortress wall from the 12th century, a beautiful rafter roof, brick tiles and the authentic natural stone walls.

Wellness
... own wellness area ...
In our own wellness area there is a heated pool with a counter-current system, sauna, Jacuzzi, foot bath and a relaxation room with an electric massage bed.
The entire house has central heating (mostly even underfloor heating).
You can enjoy it all year round.

Oprtalj
... medieval mountain town ...
Oprtalj is a typical medieval mountain town north of Motovun. The Romans founded this town as a stop between Italy and Pula.
It is one of the oldest towns in Istria.
This almost “sleeping” town is like a “living” museum. Walking there, you can imagine how it used to be.
